The African Leaders' Plan to Achieve Peace
African leaders are leaning towards peace rather than giving Ukraine more weapons to keep on fighting. Do they have enough influence over Kiev or Moscow at a time when Kiev was saying, look, we are trying to retake all the territory that belongs to us? The short answer is no. These things only work if one of the two combatants reaches a point where they think there is no longer having value in fighting. So I'm not expecting a huge progress from this.
