I Think He's Defining Them Differently.

There is a lot of empirical data that shows that families societies are better in some sense based off of those values. I feel like when he was talking about this section, he glossed over it and there's lot more to be unpacked here. Because he's got in this whole section enjoying solitude and other people. But i think that there's a very real aspect of achieving flow that is based on your societa interactions with other people. And the values play a big part.
