The Solar Powered Web Server

Low Tech Magazine has another project that we've actually covered before on Hackaday, which is a completely solar powered web server. The idea there is that when you bike, if you're putting out a hundred watts and your cell phone can suck up five, you need to dump this extra energy somewhere. And one answer is into a lead acid battery, but their battery doesn't even take as many watts as a person can give off. It does suggest that there's kind of a human regulator possibility in the thing.
