Class Signifiers - Is There Really Much Content Behind Them?

Bacos, yesino. Ben alex: I was amazed by how many hints and knoweds there were about class based on a utterly kind of superficial or transient, little ind of consumer goods. Do you think that this actually does in some way say something about class to day? Or is written perhaps too obsessed with these type of class signifiers, and that perhaps there isn't that much content behind them? Yer, i mean, i think with any kind of signifier, there's always a lite element of truth here,. But generally speaking, it's like taking maybe a tiny, little bit of truth to blow it up into this big thing.
