Special Counsel Seeks Supreme Court Resolution

The United States Supreme Court just agreed to weigh in for the first time on Donald Trump’s historic criminal prosecution. The justices are now set to quickly decide whether to accept the special counsel’s request to rule on Trump’s claims of immunity. Also, CNN’s new polling in Michigan and Georgia finds Trump is leading President Biden in both those pivotal swing states. Plus, Ukrainian President Zelensky is in Washington right now to meet with key lawmakers about stalled U.S. aid to Ukraine.
