Nilo's Book Is a Great Example of a Good Democratic Government
In his book Nilo says that divergence within a large system is a symptom of structural flaws. A simple realignment of the map with the same structure of governance is likely to yield the same problem downstream in two countries instead of one, he writes. He also argues that if there was good transmission efficiency and we got the policy that we wanted implemented for us none of these problems would exist.
