Is There a Way to Encourage Collaboration?

The way that rust is organized is in a lot of ways like really impressive. It's so many people working on such a huge, incredibly, incredibly complicated code base and it ships with a new release every six weeks. The things that you let slide in the early days are going to be hard to recover. And I think it's probably a case where compile time with rust was not on anyone's radar.
