How Do You See Cities Post Pandemic?
The rules of reconstruction are the same as construction. Follow what the people want to do and give them opportunity. Don't say we are going to build for you. How do you see cities post the pandemic? I think that in the long run, certainly the land use in the CBD will change - which is probably more residential but maybe also less retail,. But more meeting places because of small shops, small churches, gyms.
