How to Do ECV in Women With Previous Uterine Surgery
ECV is recommended to occur at 37 weeks in zero days and beyond. There's no contraindication based on being 40 weeks or beyond just that your chance of success greatly decreases according to some data. ECV performed during early labor had a success rate of 65%. The key there of course is to do this in between contractions have adequate pain control, we'll talk about neuro-actual analgesia in just a minute.
