"You are 90 % done with that race when you reach the top of that hill," he says. "If you do need to stop sometime, save it for mile 24, 25 water station." He breaks up the last ten miles by doing a 'leap frog from station to station' in order to keep his mind on track. The marathon is one of the most grueling marathons out there and takes place every April.
