I Think It's Going to Be Harder for These Parents to Win This Case Than the Harvard Cases.
The parents sued the school and won the initial case, but there's an appeal. The fourth circuit allowed them to maintain the policy while this appeal is processing. It comes in the context of the supreme court taking up the affirmative action case about discrimination against agient americans at harvard. M i think this could potentially be a really important and critical court case.
