How to Improve Fat Digestion
If you've recently had your gallbladder out, you're going to want to take it low and slow eating low carb. It does take the body a bit of time to get used to the routine of you consuming fat without having that extra bile juice available in your gallbladders for quick and easy access. There's certain fats that are a lot more friendly than other fats. They don't actually require any bile for digestion. So this is something that we work with our community coaching clients on what are the right fats to start to introduce.
