How to Live a Fasted Lifestyle
Fasting is a relational thing with God. That's what it's sustained. And that's why your body starts healing itself. So try it and don't take yourself too seriously. If you've never fasted, start small. Don't start with a 40 day fast. Say I'm going to do a meal once a week. Just start small and watch where the Holy Spirit will lead you in that. There's so many health benefits. It's crazy. People are like, they're struggling with depression for years doing a fast and then they're not depressed. Or even like, people with cancer that like, certain cleanses or fast. Because it's like healing, it heals
