Greg: Do your level best to nail the kind of needs of your learners and make sure that you've got a really understood set of learner groups. Consider it a change process and really focus on that change preparation and change awareness and change element first. A robust enough infrastructure and support system around your program so that it's successful because building two classes and then never building the next 10 just simply isn't good enough.
