The Difference Between Operating Within the Language Game and Convincing Someone of Local Error
Being a half wit might mean you actually don't have a coherent world picture at all. In fact, in some ways you're the deranged one. If you're both sort of right in some way, then there's going to be these stepping stones that are going to get between you two. Here's another one. I can imagine a man who had grown up in quite special circumstances, special and been taught that the earth came into being 50 years ago... We should be trying to give him our picture of the world. This would happen through a kind of persuasion.
