It's about flipping the way that we think about perfectionism And perfectionists and first understanding that if you're a perfectionist That's a big core part of your identity Like being a romantic Or being an activist it's not something you can necessarily edit Out of yourself. "You don't have to stop being a perfectionist to be healthy You just have to understand Where it can help you and where it can hurt you"
