One thing i like that on or on deck does is a sort of, before deploying a lot of engineers, you have nocod approach sometimes to solve the problem. A great example ofa using the tools that are available at any point in time as upposed toyou coming in with one approach and taking three months more to solve the same problem that could be solved in a week.
