Oil prices finally started moving a little bit higher but it seems that the market is kind of bouncing between growth and supply concerns. The deflation trade has been led by five-year break-evens which have been negative for six weeks in a row now. If we break through that level on the downside at 2.1%, then I expect this deflationary slide to get more extreme.
