How to Exercise an Option
I had to learn a whole new way of thinking about it. I was more traditional later stage M&A. In many ways, the benefits bridge traditional inter capital investing or traditional equity investing and later stage M acquisition. It's like the hybrid between the two. Can you tell me about when it comes time to exercise your option? Are you still doing some of those mechanics or are you just going straight to signing clothes?
