Phase Three of the 50 to 250 Million
As you move into this phase, you've crossed the line. You're no longer in the sort of, you're not in the like outcome on certain phase. At this 250 million, you could say it happens 150 million. But there's a point of which you cross the line and you're expected to have a lot of endurance. This is not easy, but recognize the shift. It's very different. The last phase was about like being creative and flexible and figuring it out. Like those things don't go away, but you are expected to be able to do this repeatably. And that is very different.
