Are Black Americans Attracted to These Neighborhoods?

Black Americans are reluctant to move into historic neighborhoods, like pedo. The first eme gence of a formal american segregation was in the 19 thirties. Many amenities that are connected to these neighbourhoods are cultural and aesthetic. But for whatever reason, black American aren't necessarily drawn to the sacrifice required to live there.
