As an autistic person, I think one of my skills that I lean on a lot is pattern recognition and the ability to like notice when something is like a tiny, tiny bit out of place. So I think that can set up an environment for perfectionism because you're actually first of all able to notice things that aren't quite right really easily. And it's very closely related to OCD as well. Yeah, I could really see how being an ADHD, being autistic, being neurodivergent, how that would potentially start off perfectionism in somebody.
