In the U.S., more so than Canada, they have a very inefficient way of getting transfer payments to people. And this created more of an impetus towards moving towards central bank digital currencies. The Bank for International Settlements creates some innovation hubs throughout the world to look at how to best leverage these technologies. They've opened Toronto actually for this purpose, one of the few around the world.
