Apple doesn't want to explain what was clearly an embarrassing technical issue with the production of the white iPhone. Can you think of another product that you buy and then immediately sort of transform like I mean it speaks to the as durable as modern smartphones are? Most people don't put a case on their Apple Watch and their Apple Watch Ultra which is designed to take hammer blows but the phone is still left fragile enough that everyone puts a case on it.
