The Versailles Time Slip

The two women at the heart of today's mystery were named Charlotte Moberley and Eleanor Gerdane. They were English women from big families, both had fathers who were clergymen. The pair went on a vacation to Versailles in 1901 after Miss Zorodain applied for a job there. It was decided that they should spend some time together to see if they would be compatible as colleagues.
