The Effects of Slow Eating on Weight Loss

James, welcome to my lab. What we found was that you ate more food when you were eating more rapidly. You were 225 more calories at just one meal. I'll be quite glad not to have chicken dinner again tomorrow. Almost the hardest thing about the experiment has been eating pretty much the same food consistently. But we'll get the data soon and go interpret it back in the lab.
