What Does That Mean for Access to Safe, Legal Abortion in the State of Michigan?

There are a couple of cases that were filed prior to even the dobs leak. One is a case that the governor filed against a number of county prosecutors in jurisdictions where they have apportioned clinics available. And her reasoning was that she felt as though the plainest plan parent hood was likely to amto prevail on their claims. But for right now, this stay is in place. The court of appeals has gone out to the end of this month, so nothing will happen until probably august at the earliest.
