The Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is simply to focus on one thing and stay focused on that one thing. The simplest meditation I know is just breath meditation, where you focus on your own breathing. What's going to happen if you've tried this? Your brain is going to go crazy. And all these crazy thoughts are going to be popping up everything except your breath.
