I feel like the refined vegetable oils, they're all pretty much rancid, anyways. Like if that was not the case, we wouldn't want to consume it because they wouldn't be able to get it past our nose. So I feel like those things would all make sense to avoid for sure. The gut, about 90% of melatonin is made in the gut. Super important for the gut. Totally. And then your brain and do you actually do you know what organ makes the most melatonin? Do you have a stance on melatonin specifically? Is that something that's going to have a detrimental effect on their own natural production of melatonin? It's quite possible.
