The Benefits of Reciprocal Inhibition

There is some evidence that you get a potentiating effect from doing the biceps. A reciprocal inhibition and things like that. So when you train one muscle, the other muscle gets quiescent. That can then have a positive effect when you then train the other muscle. But again, it's just that thing about, does it get too complicated for people? I would not do it. There is no ideal split per se. And you don't even need to do a split. Like I said, you could just do this very basic routine. If you're a bodybuilder or someone who just is really interested in maximizing their genetics, then it complicated shouldn't be your issue. You
