The Power of Picking Your Own Voice

We've been brain washed from a very early age to want to get picked. Our instinct is to deny the responsibility we have to pick ourselves and to put that on some one else, to grant them the authority to pick us. And i am not proposing that it will be easy, or even fun in the short run, to down this path of picking yourself. But, and it's a very big butt. You can hear that voice in your head, the one that says, you have something to contribute, something to contribute beyond what people have chosen for you.
