Russia's Strategy to Stop the West From Helping Ukraine More
The IAEA reported hearing detonations and frequent shelling near the plant in Zaparizia. Does this form part of Russia's strategy aimed at stopping the West from helping Ukraine more? A nuclear weapon use would be far worse than any nuclear reactor use, they're not equivalent. So this increased threat with the nuclear dimension that Putin is using seems to create fear.
