The FDA approved the first naloxone product for use without a prescription, and they did this to help reduce opioid overdose deaths. The anticipated timeline is that this will probably be available in pharmacies in the late summer of 2023. But the manufacturer gets to determine the timeline for when it's available and how much it's going to cost.
