Decentralized Exchanges

decentralization allows people to continue innovating and reaching audiences that centralized stacks cannot do, on the very core. I didn't quite understand that even simply exchanging could have benefits of being decentralized. So i guess the idea is a centralized exchange could be a single commercial entity that could decide to change the rules, or to take it down? And they no figuring out how to create another partnership with another like provider. We can keep on improving things. Can reach all the users, same user, baseri, all the systems are open.
