Managing 19 People in a Coffee Shop
We roast about 60 tons of coffee a year. We're working with many more small offices now. I think the biggest change for us in 2021 and 2022 has been we're kind of transitioning from being coffee experts only to becoming a company where we have expertise in other fields. And managing 19 people is also a full-time job.
