Isn't It Great to Lead by Example?
I think that a lot of the people who work on my team have worked with me for a very long time and I think that they feel inspired to know that I'm ready to roll up my sleeves with them and get down into the dirt with them if we need to. That attitude breeds an environment where people get better and better and better in Excel so you can only lead by example. There is nothing quite as satisfying as being able to call the shots for your own channel whatever it might be. It's basically like your own network in a way isn't it? Yeah mixed makeup was the media company I had started because I never thought of it at the time especially as becoming my own.
