I Want to Flex My Wrist, Right?
People are recording when they think they're deciding to flex their wrist. What's happening is they're detecting a signal that starts here, and then over here a three middl seconds later. So the decision was actually made about a third of a second before the person became conscious of it. And ah, then you get the connection to free will. The claim is, well, unconscious decisions can't be free. They have to be conscious decisions in order to be free.
