The feeling is one of utter terror, in confusion, and feeling like something in the world had just shattered that i thought was there some sense of safety. But when you don't have an opportunity to express thati because you nt of the words hasn't been modelled for you. It's having anxiety about opening our front door and walking out into the world. You know, itis the conflict and our brain going back and forth between, my pain is valid, or, i'm a baby. I'm making too big of a deal of it right?
