Swanjoon's hearing aids are important for helping her hear certain sounds. But starting when she was a baby, Swanjoon also worked with a special teacher. She got assigned like a social worker slash teacher of the deaf from age four months to three years old. Now that you're eight and a half, you just listened to sounds and push a button. When you were getting these tests as a toddler, you weren't able to do that.
