Xiaomi has been talking about going after Metaverse Virtual Reality. It didn't really work because people didn't adopt AR-VR, but it wasn't a bad strategy for a third tier smartphone maker. But they're going after autonomous vehicles, which strikes me as another very, very difficult business where it's not clear that you can build any real strength. Most of these autonomous vehicle companies are going to fail, the vast majority.
