Is Self Compassion the Number One Block to Motivation?

Many people think that they have to be hard on themselves to move forward. If you're always beating yourself up whenever you don't meet your expectations, you're going to develop performance anxiety which is going to undermine your ability to do your best. Or you may develop fear of failure, you stop taking risks because of potential consequences or you start procrastinating. I to oh, self compassion. We don't motivate a change because we're not good enough. It's actually much more effective. And its disdainable motivator. You don't have to take my word for it. There's a lot of research that backtors up.
