What's the Problem With Unemployment Insurance?

The revenue arrangement for u i hasn't been up dated since the 19 thirties either. It was set up to tax companies because swings an inventory used to cause the bulk of unemployment, and now it's recessions that are caused by financial markets. The companies that do create excessive churn in the labor market don't pay more into the system as those workers usually don't even qualify for unemployment insurance. But due to different benefit caps and measurement systems in different states, outcomes for workers very wild.
