What I Did With the Proceeds of the Sale of the Family Manufacturing Business?

I grew up in a family manufacturing business. So the one thing that gave me a bit of advantage is that I had some financial wherewithal from the sale of our family Manufacturing business. What I do with those proceeds was I invested in people. And because I did not have years and years of experience and background, I had experience and I had a background, but it wasn't necessarily in the apartment property management business. It's probably the most important thing to me is to hire the best and brightest that we can get.
