There's a book out called god on mute by pete gregg. It is the best thing i've ever come across on unanswered prayer. We have it for sale out in the enax at the information desk. All i want to do to night is, in about 30 minutes, just summarize his book. Pete has 15 reasons that our prayers go unanswered. The question here is, what kind of world are we living in? Why is it that in this world so many prayers go unanswered? Well, reason number one is common sense. Some prayers aren't answered because they're plain stupid. And when god intervenes in the natural world, it creates a number of problems and issues.
