India's Best Bet Is to Dismantle United Nations

China will be closer to the US than perhaps any other power in the world. What does that mean for India? China's may have a huge defense by, but China is nowhere close to the West when it comes to technology or in terms of advanced weaponry. As for taking China on in a place like United Nations, we don't even figure that. We are moving to pluralateral arrangements like the Quad.
