Coaching from line of questioning is a good way to prepare your team for future problems, says Ee. The more you practise this together the better you'll be at solving them yourself and it will become easier to come to that conclusion as well. If you haven't thought about maybe you've thought about it on your own, you haven't shared it with other people, but having that conversation will become easier because that's just the way you're going to work.
