CNN's John Sutter spoke with Robert Kagan about his new book, Non-Zero. The title comes from Game Theory, the idea of a non-zero sum game. He says he sees technological evolution as a real driver and that human nature is behind it. But if nations don't respond wisely to "nonzero some problems," doom could ensue for sure, said Kagan.
