The SEC Sues Bitrex
The SEC sued Bitrex this week for failing to register as an exchange, a broker or a clearing agency. Core weave raised $221 million at a $2 billion pre-money valuation from magnetar with participation from Nvidia. Yaz Labs raised $3.5 million from electric, colab currency, Coinbase, Depper and North Island venture. This is going to be controversial, but I think this is probably one of the better bets to recuperate up to 100%.
