How Is Your Book a Case Study?
This book is a case study looking at the city of Pittsburgh. It traces how the working class are consistently extracted from and exploited even in moments that people tend to sort of look back on as some kind of golden age of worker power. And there's so much in here that we want to get into today, but I was hoping that you could start us off by talking about how this book came to be or why you chose to focus on Pittsburgh.
