I haven't had a home cooked milk and I cannot tell you how long. My mum, since my dad died, has made it her mission to be good at cooking. There's something so comforting about salty, bland, thin, cut beef with like a bit of slightly lumpy gravy in your boiled potatoes or boiled carrots. Mainly because if you'd need to eat a meal on a plane for the amount of time that we're flying then... And I'm going to sound like I've got a fake eating disorder - which I don't! If you want to conquer jet lag, don't eat on flight once -- just talk me out of it. That speaks the next person.
